As per the feasibility report and the amenities agreed by the society a draft of Tender document shall be prepared consisting of:

• Contract document.
• Specification for work/ Material
•  Condition of contract
• Submission of Comparative chart
• Floating of Tender in newspaper.
• Offer from bidders and Site visits of the Developers
